FILIPINO women continue to be deprived of access to sexual and reproductive health and rights even if there were gains that were met in the last 30 years, according to the United Nations Population Agency's (UNFPA) 2024 State of World Population Report.

The report was released in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) held in 1994, where governments, including the Philippines, committed to place sexual and reproductive health and rights at the core of sustainable development.
